Sales at Exita World are limited to persons aged 18 or over. This policy is not a formality — it is a legal and ethical condition we apply to every order.

How we verify your age

1. On entering the site: a gate asks whether you are 18 or over. Products cannot be browsed before you confirm.
2. At checkout: you declare your age through a mandatory checkbox, and the declaration is recorded on your order with its date and time.
3. On delivery: the courier may ask for valid ID. If age cannot be proven, the order is not handed over.

What voids an order

• Finding that the buyer is under 18.
• Refusing to show ID on delivery.
• Attempting to buy on behalf of a minor.

In these cases the order is cancelled and refunded less the actual shipping cost, and we may block the account from buying in future.

For parents and guardians

If you believe a minor has used your details to buy from our store, contact us immediately and we will cancel the order and delete the account.
