2. Eligibility

Purchases are limited to persons aged 18 or over. See our Age Policy. We reserve the right to request proof of identity and to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Products and prices

• All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include 15% VAT.
• We do our best to keep images and descriptions accurate; colours may vary slightly between screens.
• If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund the amount in full.
• Availability depends on stock; if an item sells out after your order we will contact you to exchange or refund it.

4. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation, not when payment is completed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and we never keep your card details — they are handled directly by the payment gateway.

5. Shipping and returns

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Responsible use

Reselling our products to minors, or using this site for any purpose contrary to Saudi law, is prohibited. The content, brand and design of this site are our property and may not be copied.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for misuse of a product or for use contrary to the published instructions and warnings. Please read the Health Warnings before buying.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
