Returns & exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, under the conditions below.

What can be returned

• Unused products in their original packaging with all accessories.
• Devices that arrived with a manufacturing defect or damaged.
• Orders that arrived with a different product than the one ordered.

What cannot be returned

For health and consumer safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of:

• E-liquids once the seal has been broken.
• Pods and coils once removed from their packaging.
• Devices showing signs of use.
• Products damaged by misuse or by charging with a non-matching charger.

Device warranty

Devices are covered against manufacturing defects for 14 days from delivery. The warranty does not cover worn batteries, breakage or liquid damage.

How to return

1. Contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the product.
2. We reply within one working day with the return instructions.
3. After the product is inspected, the amount is refunded to the same payment method within 7–14 working days, or the item is exchanged if you prefer.

Return shipping is at our cost when the mistake is ours, and at the customer cost when the purchase is simply being cancelled.
