الشحن والتوصيل

We ship within Saudi Arabia only. We do not ship abroad, and we do not accept requests to forward orders outside the Kingdom.

Delivery time

• Riyadh: orders confirmed before 5 PM are dispatched the same day, with delivery in 1–2 working days.
• Rest of the Kingdom: 1–3 working days.
• Fridays and public holidays do not count as working days.

Shipping cost

• Shipping is free on orders over 250 SAR.
• Below that, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.
• All displayed prices include 15% VAT.

Order tracking

You receive a tracking number by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.

Delivery

ID may be requested on delivery to verify your age. If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the order returns to the warehouse and is refunded less the shipping cost.

Wrong address

Please check your address and mobile number before confirming your order. The address cannot be changed after dispatch, and re-sending counts as a new order.
